CAPA® monomer is used to modify the performance characteristics of a range of commonly used resin systems including acrylics, polyesters, epoxies and improve the performance of pigment dispersions. Typically, CAPA® monomer is used to improve the flexibility and toughness of the resin system.
CAPA® liquid polyols can be used to improve flexibility in epoxy resins used in primer systems by OEM. They can also be used to manufacture high performance PU coating for both OEM and refinish applications.
Clear PU decorative coatings for doming and interior applications can be made with CAPA® polyols.
