GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CAPA® 2161A is a premium grade linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone, terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. It has a molecular weight of 1600 and a typical OH value of 70 mg KOH/g.
The product has been specially developed as an intermediate for the production of high quality polyurethane elastomers, where outstanding resistance to hydrolysis is required. It is also recommended for the production of high quality polyurethane coatings and fibres.
