GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CAPA® 2803 is a standard grade linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer and it is terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. It has a molecular weight of 8000 and a typical OH value of 14 mg KOH/g.
The product has been specially developed as an intermediate for the production of polyurethane adhesives. It is recommended for applications where short open times and outstanding green strength is required. Polyurethane adhesives based on CAPA® 2803 are particularly useful with PVC substrates.
