GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CAPA® 2201 is a standard grade linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. It has a molecular weight of 2000 and a typical OH value of 56 mg KOH/g.
The product has been specially developed as a low reactivity alternative to CAPA® 2200 for use in cast polyurethanes where extended processing times are required. In addition, it also provides much more easily controlled prepolymer manufacture. CAPA® 2201, except for its reactivity with isocyanate, is identical in all respects with CAPA® 2200.
