GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CAPA® 2402 is a standard grade linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer and it is terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. It has a molecular weight of 4000 and a typical OH value of 28 mg KOH/g.
The product has been specially developed as an intermediate for the production of polyurethane adhesives. It is recommended for applications where short open times and outstanding green strength is required. Polyurethane adhesives based on CAPA® 2402 are particularly useful with PVC substrates.
