GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CAPA® 3022 is a low viscosity standard grade polyol with a mixed functionality of 2.4. Derived from caprolactone monomer, it has a molecular weight of 240 and a typical OH value of 540 mg KOH/g.
Specifically designed for the production of integral skin rigid polyurethane foams. Foams derived from this polyol have excellent physical properties combined with toughness and hydrolytic stability. CAPA® 3022 is especially recommended for applications requiring high impact strength. CAPA® 3022 can also be used as a low viscosity dispersion medium for the production of liquid colours.
